Returns Policy
Flowers, succulents, plants and orchids being all fresh products, we won't be able to refund them.
If you require returning our products, we will consider exchanges or store credit on a case-by-case basis. Please let us know within 12 hours of delivery or pick-up, sending us the picture of the product.
Delivery Policy
All deliveries will be handled with maximum care.
We require that someone be available to pick up all flower deliveries. Should the recipient not be available at the confirmed delivery time and place, we may charge the sender a redelivery fee.
We currently only deliver within Manhattan, approximately below 120th Street (West side) or 96th Street (East side).
Pick-up Policy
In case of a no-show at a confirmed pick-up date and time range at the store, we won't be able to guarantee best quality of the product.
